The app may take a few minutes to load on your phone.
iPhones: Find “App Store” icon 
Using Search icon type “Sac County 311 Connect”. When App information appears select Get, confirm the install and let the app download.
Android phones: If you haven't already, add a Google Account on your device. From the home screen page, open the Google Play Store app 
in Play Store, tap APPS and type “Sac County 311” into the search bar. Select Sac County 311 Connect icon and Install.
