Download 311 Mobile App

311, On the Go... Get the Mobile App. The app may take a few minutes to load on your phone. ​ ​

• iPhones: Open App Store  icon on the iPhone Apple Store, search Sacramento County 311.

• When App information appears select Get, confirm the install and let the app download. 

Android phones: If you haven't already, add a Google Account on your device​. ​

• From the home screen page, open the Google​​ Play Store app in Google Play Store, tap APPS and type “Sac County 311” into the search bar. ​​ 

• Select Sac County 311 Connect icon and ​​​Install.
